- The service partner performs technical evaluations and determines the installation requirements with new merchants
- The service partner performs test transactions and day-end closings, and provides training on the use of the terminal at the time of installation
- The service partner provides product training and installs displays identifying the acceptance point
- The service partner performs minor repairs and cleaning of the terminals
